The Challenge

Sutherland Furniture is a leader in luxury outdoor furniture, recognized worldwide for elegant proportions, unparalleled comfort and impeccable handmade craftsmanship.

While building this site, we got to see what B2B custom-made furniture fully entailed. We wanted this site to be a tool for upscale interior designers to use to order swatches, customize furniture looks, and get quotes across multiple brands (Sutherland Furniture and Perennial Fabrics) in one universal cart and checkout flow.

We created a product detail page that was open and elegant, putting the spotlight on the furniture itself.

Uniting two brands

A large portion of this project’s scope was to unify the Sutherland Furniture and Perennial Fabrics brands under one parent website.

Ordering custom-made furniture means you can’t always see it before you buy it.

Locating showrooms or getting in-contact with regional sales reps makes for a more intimate customer experience, ensuring they’ll get what they truly envisioned.

Creating a luxurious and modern aesthetic that let’s their furniture craftsmanship and beautiful photography do the talking.

Sutherland and fine craftsmanship go hand-in-hand.
